The film 'যন্ত্রণা' starring Ador Azad and Manasi Prokriti, known for their love and action stories, is set to be released this coming Friday. It was originally scheduled for release on October 27, but the filmmakers decided to prioritize the audience demand for 'মুজিব: একটি জাতির রূপকার,' and now they are eagerly awaiting the release of 'যন্ত্রণা.'
Directed by Abdullah Jahir Babu, 'যন্ত্রণা' is the fourth film in the career of popular actress Manasi Prokriti, who says, "The film has a good story and character. I've put in my best effort. Now it's up to the audience. The story has a lot of twists, and I've tried to portray my character accurately. I'm returning to the big screen after a long time, and I'm eagerly waiting to see how the audience receives it. I hope the film will be well-liked."
Ador Azad adds, "The film is based on a love story with a unique plot. It's made keeping the current times in mind. This is the first time we've worked together on a film, and I hope the audience will like it."
This film marks the debut of young producer Arifur Zaman Arif as a director in the film industry. He expresses his hopes for the film, saying, "I've directed a film for the first time. I've put my best effort into it. I hope 'যন্ত্রণা' will be well-received, and everyone will enjoy the movie."
Apart from Ador and Prokriti, the film features a cast including Shatabdi Wadud, Don, Borda Mithu, Sayma Smrity, Ashraf Kabir, Sohel Rashid, Gangya, Jahid, Parvez Suman, Sheikh Shopna, Parvin Akter, and Tanami Haque, among others.
