The shooting of the first pan-Indian movie "DARD" directed by Anonno Mamun, which marks a significant collaboration between Dhaka film industry's leading actor Shakib Khan and Bollywood actress Sonal Chauhan, has begun after wrapping up all the dialogues.
The film also features Imran Hashmi, sharing the screen with stars from various film industries, including Tollywood's Payel Sarkar, Dhallywood's Misha Sawdagor, and Bollywood's Rajesh Sharma, among others.
The shooting has commenced in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India, and the budget for "DARD" exceeds 10 crore taka. This movie will be made in six different languages, including Bengali, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada, and is set to be released in over 30 countries in the first week of February 2024.
Producer Anonno Mamun expressed her gratitude, saying, "Shakib bhai (Shakib Khan) has always supported me. He has seen from up close how we have managed the last seven months. Finally, I express my gratitude to Allah because only He knows how He saved me from all disasters. Now, I just want to focus on shooting with all my heart."
"DARD" is jointly produced by S K Movies, One World Movies, Action Cut Entertainment from Bangladesh, and Kibria Films from India.
